Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zarek (the “Service”), an AI launch-coaching product operated by Kupia Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Zarek does

Zarek helps you plan and execute a product launch. Given a product URL, it generates a launch roadmap, drafts marketing copy, researches promotion channels, submits to directories where it reliably can, prepares assisted submissions for the rest, and verifies that published listings are live. Zarek is an assistant: you remain responsible for what you publish and where.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Promote products you do not own or are not authorized to launch, or impersonate another person or business.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the rules of the third-party platforms (directories, communities, social networks) Zarek posts to on your behalf.
• Spam, scrape, overload, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits, anti-fraud controls, or access restrictions of any platform.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or build a competing service from the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your launch activity complies with the terms of service of every platform Zarek interacts with for you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for us or for those platforms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the product information, URLs, and any material you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including reading your public product pages, generating copy and assets, and submitting on your behalf. You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and to the launches you run through Zarek.

5. AI-generated output

Zarek uses large language models to produce roadmaps, copy, channel recommendations, budget estimates, and other output. This output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review everything before you publish or spend money. Budget figures and channel suggestions are estimates, not guarantees. We do not warrant that any directory, publication, or platform will accept, approve, or keep your listing live.

6. Automated submissions

Where Zarek submits to a platform on your behalf, it acts as your agent using information you authorize. Some platforms prohibit automated submissions or require human review, captchas, or payment. Zarek routes those to assisted or manual steps and will not enter payment or billing details for you. You are responsible for the outcome of any submission made through the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example Supabase, OpenRouter and its model providers, Mailgun, Vercel, and Fly.io) and interacts with the directories and platforms you target. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make.

8. Fees

Zarek is currently offered free of charge while in active development. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give notice and you may choose whether to continue. We never charge you for, or on behalf of, third-party platforms — any spend you commit to (for example a paid newsletter sponsorship) is between you and that platform.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any launch will achieve a particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kupia Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
